Design Requirements
Client is responsible for providing final artwork in Pusterla-supplied templates in requested format.
Pricing is subject to change based on final approved specifications including but not limited to size, structure, and artwork.
An approved signed sample is required with purchase orders.
Standard machine wrapping tolerance is +/- 1/16” unless otherwise noted
Pricing and Terms
All purchase orders must refer to the Quote # of the item being purchased.
Quotation is valid for 30 days, after which prices are subject to change.
First-time customers will be asked to submit new client paperwork, including a list of credit references. All forms must be submitted in full before a first order can be processed.
A 50% deposit is required for all first-time orders from new customers. If credit references are not made available, or are not sufficient, 100% of payment must be made prior to shipment. All credit decisions will be made at the discretion of management.
Lead-times are subject to change.
Freight and Storage
Unless otherwise noted or agreed:
Prices are ex-works factory.
Client is responsible for coordinating freight.
Orders must be picked up within 10 days of completion.
Where applicable, freight quotes are subject to change at any time.
Dock-height trucks are required for customer pickups and deliveries.
Seller is not responsible for damage caused by freight forwarders. We recommend inspecting incoming goods for transit damage before accepting delivery, and reporting any problems to the freight forwarder within 5 business days.
Warranty
Goods should be inspected within 30 days of receipt, and issues promptly reported to Seller. Seller may not be held unconditionally responsible for issues reported after this period.
Paperboard packaging is vulnerable to environmental conditions, particularly moisture and temperature variations which can cause delamination, warping, and mold. To preserve your custom paperboard packaging during storage, please place in a facility that is between 60-78*F, with a humidity of 30-55%. Packaging should be kept in cartons or away from direct sunlight to prevent bleaching.
